The Workshop

HORIBA Scientific is proud to announce the next installment in our innovative workshop series. To be held in Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina 6-7 November in conjunction with the Carolina Biophysics Symposium. FluoroFest will combine a didactic approach, including extensive hands-on measurements, with both the fundamentals and frontier topics presented by leaders in the field. By using frontier applications as exemplars emphasis will be placed on the generic themes running through fluorescence which underpin progress across numerous disciplines. The workshop will thus be suitable for both the expert and beginner alike.

Both of the workshop are free. There is no registration fee.

Measurement techniques include:

  • Spectral measurements
  • Quantum yield
  • Lifetimes
  • Polarization anisotropy
  • FRET
  • Time-correlated single-photon counting
  • Imaging
  • Microscopy
All using the latest developments in instrumentation from the FluoroLog, FluoroMax, NanoLog, FluoroCube,DeltaFlex and DeltaMyc product ranges.
